Cleaning/Spa Fee:

$300.00 for Cheyenne Tahoe Home

$250.00 for Ultimate Tahoe Home

Occupancy Tax: 13%. Check-in time is 4:00 PM; Check-out time is 10:00am sharp. Late check-outs, up to 5:00pm, are available provided we have no check-in the day of your departure. The late check-out fee is $150.00 and must be arranged in advance.

Security Deposit Information An imprint of a credit card will be taken as a security deposit at check in at the Property Management Office where keys and directions will be picked up. No extra charges will be incurred unless there is damage or extra cleaning for our home. You will be promptly notified of any additional charges Cancellation Policy: A nonrefundable 20% deposit which is applied to your rent is due within 5 days of booking. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations within 60 days of occupancy-balance will be refunded to the extent we can re-rent.

Last Minute Bookings We can generally make allowances for last minute bookings, shorter midweek stays, slower periods and for extended stays. Please call for details.
